My expectations are low but I will enjoy it no matter what. Would be a miracle if we get out.

Of course I hope we do well, but at the end of the day I'll still be happy if we just go all out even if we lose every game. Love watching the team play no matter what

Worst case: I'm just thinking US gets blitzed in the opener, US morale is low heading into next game, and US finally realizes their potential, lets it all loose for the final game knowing they're going home holding Germany to one goal playing their best D the whole tournament.

Best case: US draws against Ghana & Portugal, loses to Germany.

If we're lucky Germany will beat Portugal and Ghana and have already qualified by the time we play them. So they'll play backups and won't care about the result in the 3rd match. Even though their backups could still destroy us.

New vids chronicaling the USMNT's arrival to Brazil.... Music in the first vid had me feeling like Duece & Co were arriving like Danny Ocean & crew ready for their next heist...

Am I just drinking the punch or does this team seem to have camaraderie? Also, I like the way Klinsmann has made fitness such a key factor for this club. If anything, these boys will be ready to run & gun for 90 mins... This might be the key for us making it out...

PSK...not saying we're about to have another Miracle ala Miracle on Ice...but that USA hockey team in 1980 went into the tournament knowing one thing. they might not be the most talented bunch, but they will be the most fit bunch. what you said sort of reminds me of that. make sure you can hang for a full 90 and you never know what can happen.

Listen I know we are not a WC contender, but Klinsy has the team playing well. Are they issues in the backline? of course. Are people not happy that he did not take Donovan? yes, but cmon, a little more positive outlook. Anything can happen in the WC. I expect this team to go all out and go far in the tournament

He's been complaining about the weather, state of pitches, the start times for games for his German side, injuries... I'll say again Germany will be one of the Euro teams that struggle in the WC.

Also, reports are stating Ronnie doesn't have tendinitis in his knee but tendinosis. Tendinitis causes inflammation where as tendinosis is degenerative. It's a chronic condition which produces pain, stiffness and swelling from long term overuse. It's something that debilitated tennis player for Nadal for a good period of time.

I'm not sure what to make if Ghana though...

If the US just takes it one game at a time & plays hard 90 mins & things break our way, I think we will do alright.
