Thanks to everyone who contributes both regularly and here and there. Again, this thread exists as a source for information, so let's all do what we can to keep it that way.

- Do not quote more than two pics.

- NO requests! Any information worth posting will be posted.

- Keep junior-high back-and-forth banter or comments to PM.

- NO pointless/useless comments like…

"Oh darn, wish I was a size __!"

"Wack update, thanks for nothing."

- Any questions regarding size and fit belong in Sneaker Reviews

- Any posts regarding pick-ups from outlets or stores belong in Sneaker Showcase

- Any buying and selling belongs in NT Buy/Sell in the respective size forum.

- No self promotion (posting referral links).

These are not MY rules; these are the rules set by the creators of Niketalk.

[COLOR=#red]What's a GOOD update?

First and foremost, state the exact location. Do not post a store name and leave readers hanging. Posting phone numbers is not necessary but more info = better update.
If you have pics, post them!

Need directions or phone numbers for a certain Nike retail location?
Nike Store/Outlet Info

How to make a phone order:
- Call the store
- Request the item
- Have credit card & shipping info ready

Methods for searching for a product (have the style code ready):
- Call NIKEFIND at 1-800-806-6453
- Chat (IM) with a Nike Rep

Speak with a Nike Rep
For those who are a bit hesitant about using Nikefind or the Nike product searching methods, here's a basic step-by-step. I just did it with an item that was in the outlet over two months ago and the entire process took me less than half an hour.

1. Chat with a Nike Customer Service Rep.
2. State you are looking for a product and give the style/color code. Speed up the process by finding the product code before hand.
3. If the product is available somewhere, the Rep will give you a list of locations along with phone numbers.
4. Call the numbers, request the product. Some may have them, some may not.
5. Place your order over the phone with credit card; ask for a manager (for general safety).

Anything that provides info. A flaw in a B-Grade item, a store that will/won't price match, and so on. If a question has been answered, don't beat a dead horse.

I don't know if this has been mentioned, but if you DM/tweet nike.com the shoe and size you are looking for, they will search across all their stores to find you a pair.

Lebanon, TN clearance store had the black/volt/jade Air Max 2015s for $79.99. Didn't appear to be b-grades but my box looked like it fell off the FedEx truck. Largest size left was 11.

Nashville Factory store had LeBron XI's in Jade, sz 11 (x2), Dunkmans sz 11.5/12, and atomic orange (either 12 or 13) for $129.

Chandler AZ HOH had Jordan Oreo 4 on display. Didnt check the size but look like a big footer.

What's up with the lack of sales? Seemed like last year there was a sale almost every week especially on hash?

Small update from Lee, MA Nike factory store:

White/silver 3m penny posites will b marked down to 59.97 this week-we have 8.5-11.5 in sizes
Gumbo penny posites in FSR for 79.99
Black/camo green Air Pippen 1s in FSR for 99.99

Think it might be the black/red pair.  They also had them at Ontario Mills FSR for 49.99.
I called Ontario Mills on Friday and the largest size they had in the penny's was an 11.5. And they weren't taking phone orders over the weekend.

To anyone phone ordering the Penny Posites: remember to size up AT LEAST .5 a size, if not a full size. They are very narrow in the toes, and I'd hate to see a bunch of peeps have to do returns and miss these discounts

Return one with receipt.

Return one without receipt as a gift and get store credit.

That's the most honest way to do it. Or ask the gifter if they have the receipt still.

If you return without receipt then you'll get current sales price, often 20-40% less. I'd return to Nike. Then after credit his, try going into outlet and see how it goes. I've had them just glance at my receipt to make sure what I paid and that's it, and I've also had them input the order number.

Yeah, thanks Skep.  I know if I ask this relative for a receipt they will be super offended so that's not an option unfortunately.  I wouldn't mind store credit, but I also don't want to get "black flagged" at the Nike outlet, I shop there quite a bit.  I was thinking usually when I return NDC orders at the outlet they look at the order number but really it's just to check price.

We do check the order number and it isn't just for the price. If you send the pair back first, you run the risk of it showing up as already being returned in the system when you go to try and return the second pair to the outlet. Your best bet is to send the one pair back and get store credit for the other considering you shop there a lot. Keep in mind you can use that store credit online as well.
