yes they do have,

mall of arabia, red sea mall, tahlia street also has nike store,
you can find good deals in balad city center

^^ i have a very close friend who just got there "jeddah" a couple of days ago.. hope he cud get me some good deals. he said discounts and sale items is ridiculous. for only 600 pesos in our currency. you can get chuck taylors and vans.
