Most of my designs/ideas usually are sparked when I workout! Maybe it’s because I try to distract myself from the pain/resistance?!

I just need to remember after the workout to actually display the idea physically somehow whether through the NBY builder or PS to see if I’ll proceed and build on it. :emoji_sweat_smile:

Anyhow… when I see a silhouette, I look at its features, color options, colorblocking and overall flow. When I look at the features, I try to think of things it’s reminiscent of and build from there then assess to actually proceed with purchasing or not.

I actually don’t eat lunch at all :emoji_sweat_smile: I either run or strength train during that time.


I only have one meal (feast) a day which is typically at around 10pm. It became a habit during the pandemic. It worked wonders for me, so I still remain consistent with it.

Damn, I know you work in healthcare, and I know intermittent fasting is a thing, but damn I don't know how that can be healthy. You drink water other times of the day or drink protein shakes or energy drinks? I mean it's gotta be freeing in a way, but I'd also be scared to be around a brotha from like 8pm-9:59pm :emoji_sweat_smile:

I fast from food but not water. I usually have my water, and I eem mix it with creatine (6G). It’s about 1.5L total at work. Then I workout again after work with a run ranging from 5-8 miles at about a 7’,20”/mile pace average currently.
