nike retailer/new account faqs

tried searching for a thread regarding nike accounts, becoming a nike retailer etc etc   but apparently its gone now.

ive come across some ppl saying that there WAS a thread like that but seems ot have disappeared.

can anyone point me in the right direction or can elaborate more detailed on how to get a nike account?
