Adidas one is a lot better...but those fit a little big...if you wear an XL tee shirt get a L or even a M

There was a thread about these a while back. An NTer had tried all of them..McDavid, Nike, and Adidas. And he said McDavid was the best while Nike was the worst.
I have both the tank and shorts by Nike and just shorts by McDavid. McDavid is definitely lighter and more comfy but I feel like the Nike ones do a better job of breaking your fall or taking the hit. They really help when it comes to accidents like getting a knee to the thigh, or getting low bridged and falling on your back/***.
They fit true to size imo.

I own both the top and the bottom. If your one to go to the whole and know you take alot of contact. That Nike top and bottom is for you..
I haven't tried the ADIDAS one.. but the Nike joints helps alot..

i think they fit pretty weird, im a large in reg comp shorts but my pads are a XXL (got em for like $10) and they work just as well

LOL... dont get them started. but im seeing alot of the college players wearing the knee and shin pads. I hope they release them soon.

I have the shorts and throughly enjoy them. weird thing is the L I originally tried on was too small, the XL I have slides abit but for the most part stays put. Does its job when you fall on your #!+ or get kneed in the thigh. need to grab the top before my season starts though.

I didn't know this, but Pro Combat is not a new technology, just a line of products from Nike. I don't know how much innovation is really there, so this may be an instance you'd want to try another brand.
