I had those and the blk/red ones.. but thats back in the days when Footaction used to be

Probably going to be a long time before this one comes round again.

The way they squeezed the life out of it, can't see retailers being too thrilled about it being carted out again.
So they'll cut corners everywhere to scrape back a few cents on each shoe.

Sorry folks, but odds are this shoe will never be the same again.

Personally, i wish they'd just leave it alone.

The colorways were so trash, and this made the value or the have it factor of the shoe drop tremendously.
Out of all the Penny's, these were my favorite to hoop in, but i can't see Nike retroing this ever again in the near future.
Or atleast, i pray to God they dont.

The Penny IV was a serious hoops shoe. The retro+ colorways were a joke. Aside from the well received blk/red, the rest were crap.

Sadly these would flop big time if re-released. The 2's and 3's didnt sell THAT well so I wouldnt imagine these would. I would copp though, loved thesewhen I had 'em.

These were dumped in the Air Trainer SC category with Nike -- Let's just make a crapload of colors with horrible materials and kill its legacy.

Out of all the Pennys, the IVs are most dear to my heart, especially the first colorway and the black Phoenix Suns "Footaction" exclusives.

But, from a mass public standpoint, Nike killed these.

I don't think these even made it on the half cents.

I think dudes forgot how popular the Penny IVs were. I remember these were the first shoes I actually had to run all around town looking for. I was in the 7thGrade.. and Every footlocker in L.A. was sold out of the Wht/Blk/Obsidian Penny IVs.. Man, I found this one guy who has a DS OG pair of IVs.. but unfortunatelyfor me.. they're an 8.5.. and I need a 10.5

Just give me the black/royal and even the black/columbia and i'd be set. There's obviously more OG colors that are nice but those are the only two INEED!!
