WTH Nike - way to alienate your customers

i dont use a bot or automation, all orders are done manually
ive now had an order for Kobe pit vipers cancelled last week and order for Jordan x and seperate order for Lebron xi canelled today for the same reasons

funny cause only the jordan x order was placed at launch; the kobe and lebron orders were placed 2 hours after launch

how am i doing "unauthorized use of our site" - i call customer service and no one can given an explanation, even they were baffled why a orders placed 2+hours after release would require "unauthorizzed use"

anyone else getting these random cancellations?

You must have used an "unauthorized use" on NDC awhile ago and now your account could be flagged whenever your placing an order... Never heard of this happening so interested to see what the outcome of this would be. They might have to re-do their current system of flagging accounts if this is true...
