Nike Air Zoom GP III

Whats going on guys? I dont usually post much just read, but what do you guys think of the Air Zoom GP III's. I still have these but my skins wore down and had to replace them with the Zoom Kidd skins. Did you guys like this shoe especially since it was with the Kidd, GP, and Pippen and also did they ever retro/do they have plans to retro these?

I can't see how they aren't very far down the list.

If there's any list of Payton's that Nike actually plan to Retro.

People have been asking for some of his shoes for years, and nothing. Not even semi-reliable rumors.

Nike's MORF line.

I owned both the black & white colorways of the GP 3; and as a youngster I was fasincated on how Nike pulled these off. It was a shoe, in a shoe. Some people weren't too fond of them, especially since the weight of the shoe was OD but I actually liked them that way. It made the shoe more comfortable and durable, and I hooped in them outdoors for a whole summer and the shoe didn't budge. It was tough to get the skin on and off the inner-shoe but once you did it a few times, it was cake.

I truely appreciated that MORF line. Multiple Option Replaceable Footwear I believe is what it stood for. I remember posting here on NT a good 9-10 years ago on how much I appreciated the shoes, but I remember a lot of people disliked them. I picked up the black & white GP colorways for $49.99 each in 2002 after they rotted on shelves.

I always wanted to hoop in the inner-shoe alone because I loved how it looked, but the traction was never stable enough - it would feel like you could easily rip them apart.

Yea these are the best I gave two of the Jkidd skins and I swear I was the first person I ever knew b far with a Nike ID. I had the skins custom in blue and silver with my name and number on them in 4th grade and I now just graduated college, mind you the skin alone costed me I believe over 100 at the time
