Nike Air Yeezy Promo Zen Grey??

ok so i recently got a pair of air yeezys zen grey promos, he said they were promos and the orange will never fade, most promo yeezys i seen have a PROMO TAG 99999999 above the serial number, but i have SEEN a couple of yeezys WITHOUT the 9999999 tag but people still claimed they were promo??? now my yeezy have been worn hanful of times by previous seller and the ORANGE HAS NOT YET FADED to a yellow and i have SEEN alot of DS zen grey pairs that have been slightly faded but mines are BRIGHTER than theres, and mines are used? any idea if mine are a PROMO?? ARE all yeezy supposed to HAVE THE 999999999 CODE for it to be promo or not????  pics below please help
