Nike Air Bakin' 2014 vs. 1997 comparison?

Since the Bakin's just released, I remembered as a child I had a pair of these and I still have them but cannot fit. Whats the difference between the 2014 pair and the 1997 pair? What did Nike do as the retroed the shoe & does the older pair now have a higher value?
