Need Help Customizing My Lebrons.....

So I Want To Add Red And White Paint Speckles On The Midsole But Im Not Sure How To Completely Do It.  So What Im Asking Is What Paint Should I Use And Do You Guys Have Any Tips Before I Start This Project. Any Advice Will Be Helpful Thanks.
