Most Ink Efficient Printer for Printer Mass Amounts of Color Prints

hey guys, long time i havent made a post. im interested in printing some flyers for this car event that we have comming up. this is the first of many events we have planned so i want a standard way of getting these flyers done. i live in trinidad so we dont have alot of the spots that u have over there, kinkos etc. 
was lookin for a printer to give me as much color prints as possible, speed is not an issue. 

would like to purchase online, so full printer name, cost if you know of it and a trusted website i can get it from.
