Minnesota ($64,720) over Pennsylvania and Illinois :wow:

Almost even with Texas, difference of $1,360.
 
Didn’t realize the cost of living was so cheap in PA. I wonder what the catch is. Texas will nickel and dime the hell out of you. :lol:
 
Kinda surprised my home state (Michigan) is one of the cheapest.. but last time I checked my childhood home sold for like $45k.. 3br/1ba full basement.

that’s an outhouse in a lot of places.

Definitely would if I wasn't single, that's a BYOB situation. Know folks from the midwest who moved back because of that.
 
That GA price looks off but I’m viewing it as a residence of the metro area.
