Looking for CUSTOMIZATION: Who are the best custom sneaker artists?

I am looking to get some customization done for a few types of shoes. Below are what I am looking for. If you could recommend a few different artists I would be greatly appreciative. Thanks for your help!!

1. I want to get basic color changes done for some Jordan 1's

2. I want to get some crocodile skin put on some Yeezy 2's
