Looking for advice regarding a career change

Hey NT fam,

I currently work in the social work field helping individuals with disabilities find employment, but I always had a passion for sneaker design. I researched the pensole design academy in Oregon and it looks like I’m not eligible for a internship since I already completed college with a bachelors in marketing. Basically, I’m looking for apprenticeship of sorts, just trying to figure out how to make the transition into a completely unrelated field. Any advice would be appreciated! Try Nike and or adidas internships or jobs
Also maybe start your own company.
