Lol he's Tryna fool you. Those are grey market kicks look up the grey market thread on here and read the info provided. Some say they are legit some say they are fake you have to make your own opinion on which side your gonna be on.

These are unauthorized, they're the same as the authentic concord 11s except they aren't authorized for sale by Jordan Brand/Nike

These are grey market Concords. Some say they're authentic and some say they're fakes. The shoe has the correct material and such. Correct carbon fiber and all. But you can usually tell by the sock liner and the patent leather cut in the back and the 23. They're still a good shoe but they're not worth that much. You can probably find a used pair of legit Concords for 200.
