Legit Check on Concord 11 lows

I bought these from a guy in the military out in Okinawa. They look really sketchy to me, i had a legit check on a shoe page but it's not enough to prove to me it's real. He provided a receipt and box but i'm assuming he just grabbed a box and receipt from a legit pair and threw in fake ones. I don't want to be the one to go out in public and get told that i'm wearing fake shoes. Thanks for the response bro! The part that gets me is the jumpman on the right shoe and the 23, its crooked, and the jumpman's foot touches the patent leather. Is it a defect?

Yea they're common flaws, these Concord Lows QC were terrible. I can tell by the size tag in shoe they're 100%.
