Legit Check on Bred 11

Pretty much, title says it all. These are a size 10.5. The guy is selling them to me for $150 as well. I just want to know whether these are legit and whether the price is good or not. Also just wanna know how these run, true to size? He has the OG box, he will send it tomorrow, so I might post that as well. The major flaws are just midsole creasing, which could be removed with the iron method. Also that chip in the midsole in the 6th picture near the toe. Thanks!
