I'm not 100% sure but It seems that they are fake.
-The bar code doesn't touches the date.
-There is no curve on the heel.
-And poor stitching on the tongue.

Fake. The easiest way to spot a pair of fake 4's is the tounge, 99.9% of the time it's too short.
