tongues are butched, high Eprint etc etc.. all the normal ish..I would suggest you breeze through a few of the 3 LCs to check out some of the things to look for..He tried to pull a fast one here with a receipt and box for an authentic pair.. If they are on CL you should meet up w him, just to kick his ***..

PS you're looking for a nice tall rounded tongue like so.. Also notice on the heel how low the Eprint is..

I just wanted to say that they might not be fake. I bought my pair personally at footlocker on Black Friday around 3am when the mall opened back in 2011 and mine doesn't look too different from his except his tongues are decently worse than mine. One pair has the same high elephant print that's only apparent on one shoe. Here's some pics I just snapped of mine. Again I purchased these myself, in person at footlocker. I have worn this pair.

WOW! I really don't know what to think now lol. Looks like his left shoe is the only one with a weird looking tongue. That elephant print if def high tho *kanye shrug*

Yes your pair is 100% Legit.. There are other obvious tells wrong with OPs pair..Trust me fam.. They are fakes..Notice the side cuts of OPs Eprint..Widows peaks..No good. Boxed looking toebox Eprint cut.. It's too high making the toebox taller..No good..They are 100% replicas. I'd bet my stock on it.

HOW is it that my man TIMMYBRIXXX hasn't stated the obvious. The widow's peaks dead center on the back of the shoe, under the "I" in "AIR", at the top of the elephant print. Obivious GMs are obvious. ALSO....the collars are so overstuffed that the grey perforated section at the top of the collar is all buckled from the overstuffing. It's like a bunch of ******ed monkeys that have no internet make these shoes. We've been laughing at the collars and widow's peaks for 2 years now. It's hilarious.

Widows peaks are quite common on 2011 Retro 3's.

Not right in the middle of the back of the elephant print like that. If there are widow's peaks, they're random spots...not dead center in the back like that. 90% of GM 3s have them in that exact same spot. And I know you said common, not on every pair...but my 3s have not one widow's peak anywhere on them.

I agree with they're in the same spot on FAKES, but on Authentic pairs, you have to look closely because they're so little, they don't pop out at you.

Exactly. Just like you said. With authentic pairs, widow's peaks are way more rare. Only on a few pairs here and there. They are much smaller, and in random spots. These GM trash pairs always have huge mountains for widow's peaks, always dead freaking center on the back or the dead center on the toe box.
