I'm pretty sure they're fake. The tag is wrong. Looks like the person taking the pics went out of their way to a avoid a netting or side shot. "Air Jordan" label on the tongue is too low as well.

Yep, 100% fake
Midsole is too glossy
Tongues are too short
Netting is too small
No heel "bump" *usually need better angles to determine this, but it's easy to spot (or rather not spot) on this pair
Inside tongue & sock liner is the wrong material
The R on the backtab AIR is in the wrong font
Production tag is wrong font, date doesn't touch the barcode and the size numbers are too small
