Laminated Birth certificates

Will I have problems applying for a passport with a laminated birth certificate? It says it voids the certificate but I think this thing camelaminated

it was issued in '84 so any info would be

You shouldn't have any problems. I also have a laminated birth certificate from '75 and used it to apply (and renew) my Canadian passport.
