Look for 'twenty twelve' written out on the side of the tongue and check for dots on the backside of the upper waffles. Should have 6 to 8 dots.

Did the shoes have the dots and the twenty twelve?

Fakes also have the twenty twelves. Without better pix we can't tell you much here. Show the waffle tabs, where's the hang tag?-does it bend easily? Paper in box?
