Keeping my Jordans clean

I just bought the Retro IV fire red, I have the Concords and a pair of the 12s Obsidian. Ive only worn the Concords once (haven't worn the other 2 at all) because I'm afraid of them getting dirty. What do you guys use to waterproof and keep your Jordans clean? Do I need different products for all the different materials? Any help would be appreciated.
