KangaROOS Ultimate 3...opinions...

I've never owned a pair and never heard of their shoe.  But from research, seems like KangaROOs became popular in 1979 due to a built in pocket in their running shoes to put keys, etc.  Well, I came across these new shoes and they look awesome w/the elephant print!  I can't seem to locate any in the USA.  Seems more of an European brand..popularity?

Were popular among street dealers back in the day , the "pocket" was perfect for "business". Have some really nice kicks, especially some leather editions. Check inflammable.com

Yeah, height of their popularity was in the late '80s-early '90s ...like Rob said above the pouch became popular for "stashing" certain items.

So in terms of resale as well as wearing for comfort...are they any good? Especially for casual walking and also the occassional treadmill run?
