Jordan Bred 4 (2012) Different size tongues

I have a question regarding the Jordan Bred 4's that released on Black Friday. I purchased a pair from Footaction and one of the tongues is longer than the other.

Both shoes were manufactured on different dates but relatively in the same date range. I have purchased J's before with different born dates and the same born date  with no problems.

Has anyone ever experienced buying J's with different size tongues from authorized Nike Accounts?

not all shoes are made the exact same, especially when it comes to Jordan brand.
