Jordan brand fake check and identification

so I saw these on eBay and wondered if anyone could tell me which Jordan's these are and whether they are genuine or not ... I know it's hard to tell by these pics

They are supposed to be the Jordan 8.0...

However, those are fake.

As with regular VIIIs, the paint splatter pattern on the sides should always be the same

There should be a Jumpman logo on the back of the midsole

The back heel panel should have grooves in it

Midsole is not the same as regular VIIIs and has a more "modern" design

Legit pairs...
