is the insole stuck in or comes out easy?

I just try to take insole out of the shoes, it is stuck. Not easily take it out. Does it suppose to be like that? I feel like some sticky thing on the bot

They look good to me, feel the wings are the totally smooth or a little rough? They should be slightly rough like a really fine sand paper if that makes sense
