Legit OP. I seen a few pairs of Promo 4's, and they have the same code on the serial number, and box.
You dont happen to be from LA, do you? I got some Banned 1s from a dude who had those in a 9 aswell.

These are legit. Promo means promotional. Basically the first batch made so buyers can see what there stores
