Jordan 1 1994 oxidized rubber sole

Hello , i don't know if it's necessary to open a new thread but i just acquired a brand new pair  of 1994  jordan 1   , since it's fully deadstock  the rubber red sole is  covered of white oxidation , 

Is there's a safe way to restore and remove the white from the sole ?

Ok finally , it rub off really easily  , just some plastic cleaner and  toothbrush will do the trick ...
