Is Chick-fil-A THAT good?

^ its not great and its not terrible but its a good all around fast food spot... for me personally the best things about CFA is the customer service and its clean... the prices arent bad either... one time my local cfa messed up my salad and gave me the wrong one... i filled out their survey online and the next day the manager called my cell phone and apologized and said they would give me a free gift card for a free salad... it was cool i got the free salad but definitely appreciated they called me personally to apologize... by me theres not much competition for chicken only KFC, Popeyes and churchs never had it...of course all the mom and pop chicken spots too but all those places specialize in just fried chicken while CFA offers a variety of things...would like to try zaxbys though... raising cane doesnt look all that since all they got is chicken tenders

i agree. its not the most amazing sandwich ever, but it is definitely the best fried chicken sandwich you can can get from a fast food joint. of course, that depends on where you live and personal preference. i'm in northern VA, so there isn't a Church's or Zaxby's around. i've actually only had Zaxby's once down in Florida, and it was ok.

CFA definitely hits the spot when i need quick protein to hit my macros or just a solid overall lunch. the quality of the food far surpasses a McDs, BK, Wendy's, etc. and the customer service is better than all of those combined x25.

speaking of McDs...i ordered Uber eats last week bc the weather was ******, didn't want to go back out, etc. the food came quick, but the fries were missing from the bag. i called the restaurant, and even though the lady seemed apologetic, she had no idea what to do. she basically told me that i had to go back to the restaurant to get the fries. i told her the whole point of delivery was so that i don't have to leave. she said they don't deliver. understood, but its still not my mistake. had i gone in person, different story. so she said Uber can deliver it. ok cool. she then asks if i'm going to call or if she needs to call. again, its their mistake, so why am i going to call Uber to ask him to go pick up my food for free? she said she was going to call, but i knew she wasnt. of course it never came. at the end of the day its just fries, so its not like i'm losing sleep over it. the point i'm getting at is CFA would've deeply apologized and probably offered a free sandwich or something the next time i come through. McDs was basically like "oops that sucks".

That key lime shake tho...

definitely a nice switch up from my usual cookies n creme.

Finally son!

CFA’s grilled chicken needs work.

Hard to admit b/c the macros aren’t horrible save for the sodium count but CFA’s grilled chicken really can’t compare to Portillo’s broiled chicken.

Anyone fortunate enough to have a Portillos nearby can attest. Anyone who says otherwise has a broken palate.

I'll do grilled nuggets with the buffalo sauce when I'm feeling lazy and want something remotely healthy and quick, but it's never particularly enjoyable.

Goddamn now I want CFA. Can we close this thread on Sundays?
