Me being on a low carb diet, I can step into chic fil a and eat just fine and it'll fit with my diet. I saw your point. It's just invalid. I can be on a diet and eat anywhere.

CFA can be alright on a diet if you stick to grilled nuggets/salads with grilled chicken. Their grilled chicken is easily the best fast food offering of the style, if that matters.

Panera is the truth if you want a wholesome/nutritious fast meal. My weekday go-to is the 1/2 steak and arugula sandwich on whole grain with the ancient grain & grilled chicken salad.
