In Miami for a few days, what to do?!?!

Yo whats good fam! So I'm from Portland and I'm heading to Miami for some work for the next few days and got time to do some !+@. I'm staying right next to AA Arena, and basically just wanna know some key places to check out, I've never been and don't know anyone from the area! Where's the good food at? Beaches? Also, nightlife on Sunday Monday Tuesday, where do I go (hip-hop club feel)?
