It's already a given that Tha Carter was Wayne's best album. There were just too many songs on C2 and morequality joints on C1.

IMO Tha Block Is Hot is his best album. The Carter 1 is right there with it. The Dedications and the leaked Carter 3 was some of his best work as well.
