but since it's for my house I wouldn't need the common stuff like computers or TV's ect since I already own those items in my house now...

so I would get the following

Central Air Conditioning
New Flooring (Carpet living room, 3 bdr, Tile in kitchen & bath)
Kitchen cabinets, counter tops, and a new built in oven.
maybe upgrade a few windows I haven't got to yet.

money should be gone after all that ^
