I just bought a pair AJF 6 Infrared and the 'clear' upper sole is more of a smokey color..wh

i bought a pair of infrared ajf6s on ebay and when i got them today and opened them up the upper sole (which is supposed to be clear) is more of a tea stained/ smokey color. i only paid $72 shipped for them and they're obviously brand new and legit, but what is the deal? am i the only one that has seen this oris this what happens to all of them if exposed to certain things (humidity, damp area, etc)?
