I have a SCHOOL related problem about CHEATING

me and a couple of friends help each other on homework and stuff. we occasionally cheat on tests, nothing major. but the the problem is that my friends and iare number 2, 3, 4 of the class. we have the group of !%%*!!! that went to every single one of our teachers and complains about how much we cheat. at first itwas no biggie, teachers just seperated us and we still did as good on everything. so the !%%*!!! got mad that we're still doing good so they complain more,and they have been doing it for the past year. now all my teachers are calling us in to class and threatening to tell our aps and stuff and not let us beranked anymore, how can i defend myself?

edit: its really annoying it all started from one girl thats mad she cant do better than us. we dont even have the same periods in some classes. its gotten tothe point where teachers i havent even been in their class accuse me of cheating. a teacher even complained to my football coach that shes suspecting me ofcheating. its basically the salem witch craft trials, and im a witch. i no they have no proof but when i get a 100 on a test the teacher automatically thinks icheated

Your class ranking are 2.3 and 4??? That's pretty impressive. If the teachers separated all three of you, and you all managed to still do well IDK whythere should be any problems. Just tell them to give you separate test dates or something, because this sounds a little bogus to me.

I'm confused..you're cheating and you're mad that someone is calling you on it? That's backwards..actions have consequences and yeah it is a"major" deal, its an unfair advantage and a bad habit to get into anyway. Professors will kick you outta class (meaning FAIL you) for cheating, stopthat !@%%..

^its not uncommon in high school to cheat, and i do not do it. the only thing i have done i maybe glance at a paper and see an answer nothing that dramaticallychanges my grade. ive never been caught even looking at someones paper but im saying thats the most ive ever done

Uncommon or not, that doesn't make it right. And looking at someone elses paper is cheating..come on now, you know you guys are wrong. Don't try andmake the "snitch" seem like the bad guy in this situation.

You need to take the initiative. Offer suggestions to prove that you are worthy of your ranking (Test in different room, dates, etc.). Then ask what shebelieves can be done to prove you're worth your rank.
Taking the initiative will impress her. Following through and succeeding will make her and your rat classmate feel foolish.

are you serious? to me it like speeding, even if a teacher saw what i did she wouldnt even stop it. im one of those people that went 5mph over the speed limitwhen the police are looking for the ones that are going 30mph over.

If you write your papers the same way you wrote this thread, I'd raise every kind of suspicion if I was one of your teachers. I'd sit there with apaper of yours in my hand and just keep asking myself 'This is one of the TOP students of the class?'

to the OP, if you want to cheat, then that's up to you. you know it's not right, but i understand that you give into temptation...however, youcan't blame the girl for telling. i would just go with the flow, and adjust to whatever the teachers ask/make you do because afterall, you ARE cheating.they're going to make it tougher, and you just need to work around that if you wish to continue. i would suggest you not cheat though, as it won't helpmuch if you're planning to go to college.

On a midterm.

You know how much I fought my consequence?

Zip.

None. Not one word.

The consequence? Had to drop the class; nearly $1k down the drain.

Shouldn't have been cheating. Knowing that I could have been expelled instead of just being forced to drop the class, I didn't raise a fuss at all.Lesson learned; hang your head for a second, pick it back up, and keep it moving.

I probably cheated more than anybody on NT. Every Regents exam, Final, test, quiz everything. Not cause i had to just the feeling you get when theres a chanceyou might get caught
