I cannot identify a pair of Nike Grecos, they're a sample of mystery purpose featuring a lemon man!?

Hello guys....I have a mystery pair of Greco's I was hoping someone might know something about!!



Here is what I know, they are women's Greco Supreme. They are samples, have the 999999999 bar code. The style number is 316552-711. They are a colourway that I don't think was ever put into production. There is a cartoon character of a lemon man flexing his arms on the tongue, I have no idea what this character is about and would like some more info if anyone can help!?
