How To Restore My 1997 Playoff 12s

i jus picked up a pair of playoff 12s from 1997 for 20 dollars,yes theyre authentic
but they are really beat so i want to know wat paint do i buy for the white area and how do i restore the black leather w/o painting it
also let me  kno if i could do anything else to improve these shoes cause i wnt to sell em
