How to Dye Sock Liner?

I need help figuring out the BEST way to Dye the sock liner in my Bred 4's Red.

Any Suggestions would be Great?

why would you want to dye it? leave it alone.Before you make a mess. i couldnt understand if was trying to repaint the midsole, thats a must.
