idk if this is the right place to post this, but ive noticed that most of the nike iD options are limited in terms of the air bubble color. has anyone been able to dye/paint it successfully where it actually lasts. i tried google, but all i got was dying the actual rubber soles. TIA

use sole dye and put the sneaker on its side so that you can just barely poor enough in the "hole" that the air bubble is set in. and let it sit. or just use a small brush and brush the dye on without getting it on midsole. this will dye the entire transleucent part and not just the air bubble but i'm pretty sure thats about all we can do to it

Wouldn't it lose it's translucent appearance though? I've never tried this myself, but I assume that the shoe would look pretty tacky or  fake if the air bubble was just a solid color and pretty much doesn't even resemble an air bubble anymore.
