How do the Nike Air Tech Challenge Huarache's fit?

I was wondering how the nike air tech challenge huaraches fit? Do they fit true to size or do they run big or small? I normally wear a 9 or 9.5 its hard to really tell it depends on the shoe for me. I wear a 9.5 in air maxes(air max 1s and air max 95s).

idk what color way you are looking for but this shoe has been showing up in Marshalls/Ross for around $50

I know here at my Ross we had the Suns and White - Yellow/Black
