How do i take out scuffs and creasing on Cool Grey 9s

Just got cool grey 9s from a friend but they're pretty beat up. Im going to show pictures of what i need help fixing and was wondering if anybody could help by telling me how to fix the problems. They also have like pen marks on them. Any help on my problems would be very appreciated.
