I've actually never seen the original film although I've always heard about it. I've just never really been a big John Cuzack fan. Anyway, I'm watching this and Zoe is hot and all that but then I realize that I fundamentally hate this show. Yet again, it's Williamsburg x hipster nonsense. Everything that I hate about NYC today is what this show is about. Gentrified Brooklyn, pseudo eclectic musical taste hipster vinyl snobs. What's funny is that these types of shows try to draw a line in the sand when it comes to hipsterdom by poking fun at it but at the same time they are very much about that life.
