help painting air max 90 sole

so i got these shoes for free and would like to paint the soles black, what would be the best approach?

I was wondering the same i was lookin to restore a pair of air max 90s but what paint can be used. I know of angelus paint being a popular brand but is thatthe right paint to go about in painting the air max 90 midsole. Oh and im just trying to paint the midsoles white again thanks.

First, you have to strip the paint (carefully)
And yes, Angelus seems to be the best paint out there for shoes.

i've read on other threads that to stip the paint off the shoes you need to acetone correct? Is there a proper way in stripping the paint offthe shoe? Sorry for all the noob questions haha
