Most of the shoes in the pic are releases / samples from the late 90s and the year 2000. Including those silver Foam Pro PE's...
My guess would've been Allen Houston PE's, since he wore PE Flightposite 1s at that point of his career...
But the "Penny" logo on a pair of Foam Pros could indicate that they may be Penny Hardaway PEs (though I dont recall Penny wearing Foam Pros)...
