Foamposite Sole Dying Question (Rit Dye not working)

Does anyone know if there is a way to dye the soles on the cement foamposites? Its a different material than the clear soled foamposites and the rit dye and sea glow method doesn't work.  The dye just puddles on top of the surface.

Sole swap would probly be the only way. good luck
