Flight Club Question

Alright this may have been asked before, but I can't seem to find a clear answer.

Basically for those of you who have experience selling with Flight Club's (FC) consignment shop, how come when I go to sell.flightclub, the site where you obtain a quote for your shoes, the shoe I had listed is gone but it still says "Listed: 1"? 

For example, let's say I listed a pair of Jordans. Usually, when I log onto my sell.flightclub account, it would show the listed shoe along with the picture, size, etc. But now, it says I have no shoes listed, but on the left side, it says I have 1 shoe listed. 

Is this a glitch in their system? Or does it mean the shoe is sold but is processing? Appreciate the responses NT fam.
