Fla Nters: Info on Tallahassee Community College

I know someone who is seriously thinking about going there (their from CA) in the hopes of transferring to either Florida A&M of Florida St afterward.  Right now they are in the information gathering stage, and has yet to make a definite decision one way or the other. I was wondering if anyone could provide any firsthand knowledge about TCC. Any and all help is appreciated. Thanks
